how to read this chart

1) this is monthly chart ..very big time frame with each bar on the chart representing one month trading activities..

2) what are important are not just the prices you see on this chart .. most important are what those moving average lines telling.

3) What  is  moving average ?

    Moving Average (MA) , simply put, is  a mathematical trend line 

 4) on this chart:

   a) dark brown line: 20 period MA,  b) dark blue: 50 period MA;  c) light blue : 100 period MA ; d) yellow : 200 period MA

Here is the reading:

20 MA is clearly pointing up, 50 MA is lifting its head , 100 MA is  also moving up and 200 MA as well ..

The combined picture of these moving averages tells the big trend for this stock ..

By just looking at this chart, we know something is happening behind this company even we don't know what that something exactly is .. !
