real estate is the same, can u eat house or drink

the house, worse, u need to pay property tax, maintainence fee on house, if we have population decline, how will that happen to housing price and rent. Wow, a real estate 老鼠会!

By the way, a lot of companies produce excellent cash flows, why you want to eat or drink the paper/electrical stocks that represent them.
