Unless you are Executive level who can get millions or tens millions of severence package. By the way this is Big Corporation only.

Director may get 25W.

湾区普通马工，工作三五年package 25w上下太正常了

This is bluffing.

Typical severence is one month salary or less ( 2 weeks) for one year of service. 

Stock Option is not included, usually Options is forfeited after 6 months.

RSU forfeiture is at employment termination date.

Five year of service means you get five month salary as severence package, plus some other compensation.

whatever it means you earn ~5W a month. 60W a year 普通马工

It is totally BS. No company can afford that. Instead Company can hire 10 Indian 马工.
