真实的老百姓退休情况。

有一套付清的自主房，在德州地税不过1万/年，65岁后有优惠政策，大概可以降1/3左右地税，而且不再涨税。有1-4套投资房，也已付清，每年有1万/套的净收入，也可能没有。但确实有的不少。退休金社安4-5万俩人/年，这收入基本开销够了。还有几十万到上百万的退休金及存款。日子可以过得有滋有味了。
