房价已经涨到上次高峰的175%了。

2008年夏天高峰。2009年买一房，90/尺。现在邻居几家今年卖掉的价格是200/尺。呵呵，本来就是基础白玉房，学区8/8/6的地方，2008年30万左右，现在都是60万了。
