有200万资产敢退休吗？

答案是看你资产的配置，如果你有200万现金（Cash)， 你会觉得很富有，应该可以退休。

如果你的投资房 房屋估值 减 贷款 = 200 万你一定还会胆战心惊地每月好好上班，虽然你收租金，但要付property tax, home repair, etc. 你可能并不觉得自己富有
