如何把人民币汇到美国

老公的父亲突然病逝，在上海留下两套房产。婆婆已经过世多年，老公是家中独子。因为家中上海没什么亲人了，租出去也没人帮助打理。我们自己孩子还小，事业又都处于打拼阶段，总回国也不现实，所以就想把这两套房子干脆卖掉省心。想知道这种情况下，怎么才能把人民币，或者换成美金带回美国？

我和老公都是在这边自己拿奖学金读书，然后工作。从来没指望家里的想法。结婚也没要家里一分钱。所以对于大笔的汇钱一点概念也没有。本来想着这两套房产一套公公自住，另一套出租或者卖掉都够老人家养老了。哪知道现在来了个措手不及。
