吐槽： 万事不顺

最近走背字。

1. 一个房子住户提前搬走，找到的心住户违约不搬进。不得不降价再招新租户。前后折腾了将近2个月

2. 一个房子租户违约不搬进。好不容易找打新租户。

3. 一个房子在市场3个星期还没租出去。

4. 一个房子没交房租，在eviction中。。。

5. 2个月内一共5个房子换租户，筋疲力尽。

6. Refinance appraisal value 比预计的低了1万5. 少拿出1万2.

7. 老婆开始抵制再投资
