这些波士顿买房费用是不是靠谱？

作为买家要付

房屋检查 400 - 450

律师费 1千

Title Search费 250 - 300

city Certificate 25 - 50

Recording 200 - 250

Title Insurance 3600 （按照百分比，由买价九十多万计算而来。）

这些和加州有很大不同。

请教坛子里的波士顿居民，这些是不是靠谱？
