最近买了一个condo,还没有进入settlement。跟seller关于inspection report的repair list讨价还价。但同时condo HOA的inspection report 指出几乎相同的repair list,并且还多了两条。HOA的report说"The Association is required to see the following items are done by the Seller and documentation is recieived at the Management Office prior to settlement" "Covenant Violations Noted-Code of Regulaitons, Article VII, Sectio A, #1". 我据此要求Seller修理所有list上的东西，达到HOA的要求。合同settlement date是9/7. 我的担心是出现在list上的violation 可能一直存在并且不好修理（或修理很麻烦/cost很高）。我不知道Seller是不是一直在付罚款，就是想把包袱甩给我。
请问如果Seller没有在9/7之前修好，会出现什么后果。我已经做了mortgage, inspeciton, appraisal.
