1. Self provided credit reports were modified. Report shows 705 score but the circle marker is on 580. see photo. Father is IT professional and son is programmer. Three credit reports were modified.

2. A downsizing couple provided a modified tax return. Business owners and $1m+ house was in escrow. Tax return was reviewed by my CPA tax accountant. Income was adjusted to a higher amount by the applicants.
