房客申请破产，6月6日联邦法庭开庭…（图）

 

       经历了一个多月的驱赶，终于得到法庭判决，黑人弟兄基姆斯必须搬出去，警察局通知5月9日执行。

        5月8日，基姆斯突然申请了［破产］，及时拦截了警察第二天的驱赶行动。我犹如被一棍子打的晕了头，万万没想到一个打工开车的司机，不做生意，没有房产，也可以申请［破产］。想来想去想不通：几个月没付房租怎么还破产？算算应该轮到没收到房租的破产呀！美国法律保障人权，包括耍无赖的人。基姆斯没读过大学，却知道怎样利用法律在他人家里多住几天。而我是“吃亏在于没文化”。

　 明天，明天早上，我一定会去现场，希望不要再见到基姆斯和他的一家。

　祈祷明天黎明，他们一家无论在哪里醒来，都一切平安！
