请问住了四年的房客要求给油漆房内， 应该听吗？不是很好的房客。

我说不是很好， 是经常晚交rent。 借故少交（丢工作了）。 这次又因要加房租， 要求painting interior.  我可以让她自己paint, I only pay her the paint (material)?  Please advise. Thanks in advance!
