洗衣机水排不出去，请问是哪的问题？谢谢!

租客说洗衣机注水，洗涤后，水排不出去，到最后一个程序时就自动停止运行。请问谁知道这是哪的问题？ 或到哪个网站能找到修洗衣机的知识？谢谢！
