浴室漏水请教，保险公司赔偿吗

一个白玉房最近发现天花板变色。查明是楼上的浴室漏水说是要3000块钱修，不知道应不应该报给保险公司，要求赔偿？以后会不会加保险的价格？谢谢。三千块修贵吗？
