有一TownHouse出租。最近有申请人(经经纪人带来), 情况如下：
１。男的有４孩子要与自己的女人分居。搬出来，还要接４孩子过来一起住。男的没有SSN， 所以查不到信用记录。但有工资单，有TAX＃。６万多年薪。在建筑公司已工作两年。他的老板为他说了不少好话。曾自雇工作好几年。银行有几万存款。是南美人。愿付两月订金或先付前几月房租.
２。一起申请的女的，年薪３万多。信用分６００。在医生疹所工作。

不明白什么样子的人在美没有SSN？能不能出租给他们？恳请大家帮忙出主意。
