If you call engineer to come out they will tell you it is not a big problem to justify for repair or concern, just watch it.
The problem is your next buyer will have the same concern as you do and will wallk away or ask for lower price. Two similar incidence for me and each time I paid someone to come out and was told me the same thing, both properties alreday had at least two previous backed out contracts and were priced lower than market price.
