A circuit blew when they were doing inspection because they turned on everything in the house at the same time for at least half an hour. The said circuit has a lot of heavy stuff on it.

I honestly have no clue what service lines are. Hubby said "Outside conduit going to meter gets water in it when it rains and some of the wires are frayed, so a fire hazard. "
