请教大家有关银行拍卖离的问题。屋里还住着人，要他搬走，走的程序和一般的eviction是一样的吗？

我在启动eviction前是不是得给屋里人一封要求交多少租，否则evict的信？没有任何这个人的资料，怎么给？谢谢。
