很多漏洞

1.  Gurrantor is not a tenant http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/tzlc/1070078.html

2.  Lease is needed to bind ALL tenants to the agreement.  such as no pets, no long term guests, damages etc. 

3.  Credit report is not the only thing you check.  What about criminal background?  Eviction history?  

总之，不能只想钱，还要考虑住进来的其他方面。
