有个Spanish集中区的townhouse。 房子状况很好，租金 1800。有两家递交了申请：

1. 中东背景的中年夫妻带一个teenage的儿子。男的是独立的mechanical engineering consultant. 一年只有4万收入，女有个small business， 每年收入4万；Credit score both 800

2. Spanish speaking age 20's sisters, + one of girl's 4 year old kid, + their mom. Both sisters work for gov social service deport, combined income is 7万五 + mom's social secuirty。Credit score 600

两家收入一样，不知哪家会住的长些。大家给个建议吧， 先谢了！
