我是一家房客一个银行帐号，

1 第一赶人容易，账户随时可关。房客不能用交小钱来拖延。

2 第二查账容易，谁交了多少租子， 一目了然。

四家大银行共开了30个账号，让房客自选银行。我目前只有25个出租房，不到30个。

多数是savings账户，没有balance或fee 的要求。
