这个房子怎样？

我刚买了个房，230k 刀，花了二万5装修。租$3800/月。还可以吧？

现在又找到一个，要价250k, 花4-5万装修，可租3800 - 4000/月。可是没钱了。哪里能借到钱？有谁做出租房贷款的？我有好几个付清的出租房希望能贷出钱来。
