区是加拿大石油重灾区城市里最好的区域, 独立双层公寓楼 。六个双卧，３个单卧。 要价＄１２０００００。

１９７２的砖楼，电表分开，水／气共享。

市面这样出售的物业不多，但估计会有更多上市。近几年新建很多公寓楼。全市空置率经济好是２％，但很多CONTRACTOR recently 被解雇，所以肯定上升。 空置率最近不清楚但查得到.
