说说大农村的退休生活

（前面很多人问城里的退休生活需要多少钱，没有答案。我能告诉你我们大农村的生活，每年两个人四万足够。）

 

这大冬天的，天寒地冻，大白菜都两块钱一磅了，我们中西部农民本来工资就低，这么高的菜价让人怎么活呀？鱼没得钓，菜没得种，还要给儿子存大学学费，怎么办？只好翻箱倒柜，找出来夏天没吃完的菜：

去年夏天收了太多扁豆，吃不完，就开水烫了一下晒干的。一直没找到怎么吃的办法。上次去城里朋友家开party，也没敢送啊--自己还不会吃呢。这不，没钱买新鲜菜，就找出来。先是太太炖红烧肉，味道一般啦。俺只好亲自试验：水泡两天，切丝，加蒜头干辣椒爆炒。哇，下酒真好！可老婆一看：你省的钱还不够买酒啊。。。

雪里红咸菜不是腌了三大瓶子么。太太说：马上泡点出来，我要炒鱿鱼丝。这个还不错，算真正省钱了。其实咸菜炒肉末也不错，湖南人炒的时候还加点干辣椒，下饭下酒都市好东西。

对了！夏天我不是作了很多酸豆角么，吃不完都放在冰柜了。钓的鱼快吃光了，它们应该很容易找出来了。可太太尝了一口，抱怨太酸了，她牙齿受不了。这容易，学生物的，知道这酸溶于水的。切细点，水泡几分钟，挤干，再炒肉末辣椒，味道不错么。太太问：能吃到春天么？

晒干的长豇豆还有不少么。这个已经吃过几个冬天了：水泡两天，切小段，直接和蒜头辣椒炒了下酒。

大雪大雪尽管下，

家有余粮我不怕，

翻箱倒柜找陈货，

农民钱少有办法。
