请问有谁知道一颗成材的建房用松树卖多少钱吗

里城15分钟一片人工林分成8英亩一个lot，带大门， 05年13万多，现在贱卖2万一个，马路，电都修好了，要打井，建污水池。有零星几个lot建好了房子。一个lot估计有4千课松树，5刀一颗我本就回来了。
