请大家帮忙看看这车库地上的是mold吗？

一房车库地上靠近卷门处有这样的白色东西，上周五清洁工清洗过地面，今天地上又出现这样的东西。空气潮湿，上周六下过雨，但觉得不至于就长出这样的东西。怀疑是地下有水管破裂长出霉来，请大家帮忙看看是不是这样？

这个房子地基有一点沉降，洗衣房在车库旁，从车库进屋时会经过洗衣房。需要找plumber来看看吗？
