大家帮忙看看哪个好?

1） 3 condos (2bd/1bth) in the same complex but different buildings, 15k each and total $45k, rent $500~$600/month each depending on condition. HOA $110 each including all exterior, insurance, water, etc. It is in bad area, 16 miles from where I live but close to Technology Park.

2 ) Brand new town home (3bd/2.5bth, 1780 sqft, 2 garages, 3 stories) is in a good area (school score: 9, 10, 8), 8 miles from my home, $240k selling price with $60k down payment, rent $1500/month, HOA $150/month, further to Techology park.
