怎么办？ 我有点怕.

就是那个我答应了租又反悔的. 

本来答应了一个申请人, 准备租给他, 还没有签合同, 就email里面写了同意. 今天有个更好的申请人, 然后就change mind准备租给他, 写了email回绝了第一个申请人. 

现在他回了： 



We had a deal.  You accepted our application in writing.  I am beyond disappointed.  We have already told our children and now I have to explain somehow that you went back on your word.  This is not the way I conduct business.  I really do not understand why someone would do this.  Not to mention, I have already paid deposits for a moving company that I will not be able to recover.  Again, I am very disappointed.

Furthermore, I will report this to the BBB, Yelp and to the National Board of Relators as well as the local area relators association (for Mr. Yousef.) This is very unscrupulous and we have been mislead.
