跪求建议: gas water heater漏水，是否彻底换?

8年新gas water heater,发现drip pan里积水，还漏到地板上。
Plumber建议换一个t+p valve。如果不管用，就装个expantion tank。再不行，换water heater。
报价:换valve150刀，装recirculating pump (解决上热水慢的问题) 460刀。
换新的50 gallon gas water heater + new pan+recirculating pump,1365刀。

不知道该怎么办。倾向于彻底换，以免后患，但这价钱是不是有点高？plumber是angie’s list上找的，评价不错。
