请教各位有经验的地主关于move in date 的 问题， 先谢谢大家。

current tenant - lease ending date is June 30, 2015. 

New tenant lease starting date is July 1, 2015. The new tenant wants to move in 2 days early which is understandable. Please let me know what is the legal move in date for the new tenant. 

The old tenant is asking for $200 for moving out 2 days early (June 29th, 2015) which I have to pay.  She pays our rent on time for 6 years. She is moving out of state and break our lease two month early.    our rent is $1325.

想请教大家， 这种情况该如何解决。 我有必要 付 $200 to let the new tenant move in early? 如 果重新找新房客还是会有同样问题， 请问大家如何解决这问题。
