说说加州中谷

我在离tracy 35分钟的城市买了9房。都是独立屋。最便宜的8万9，租$1100，还有一个10万，租$1000。最贵的24万，是2008年市场刚下的时候买的自住房，现在租$1400。还有个22万的租$1550。现在小房子全部翻倍，大房都长了10万。不准备卖，全部positive cash flow。我还有12万左右的几个房，都是租$1250。不卖还有个原因，就是等弯曲都100万的时候，就会往mountain house 和 tracy 挤，到时候我们这就会长。反正positive cash flow，我不急。
