Finial bought a small condo in Boston. Will close next week. Have a few questions, please give me some advice:

Background: both me and My husband are full time and busy on our work, so we are considering to hire people to do all maintain work.

should I find a property management company or should we collect a list of handyman?
 
can anyone recommend some good property management company or handyman in boston?


I also need to update kitchen and bathroom, can anyone recommend some company here too?
