Actually the only things different from non-snow time are driving and clothing.

If you stay at highway, the road condition is not too different from the normal time. If you want to drive into the park, get a snow tyre or tyre cable. (I was told tyre cable is always better than snow tyre)

For clothing, if you drive, you don't need worry about it. If you go snowmobile, you can rent the cloth. The only things you need prepare are the gloves and something to cover you neck and cheek.
