帮助:超市偷窃

我今天在这里的一个grocery商店里买创可贴,鬼使神差的就想把另外一包也放进去,于是,我就拿了两合,把其中一包的一半装到合子里,把其余的剩下的丢在了随身的袋子了.出门的时候被发现了.价值大概是2块钱.

由于我有刚出生的小孩,警察给了一张ticket,让我10月初出庭, 我该怎么办????? 求求大家的帮助了.我现在还是F1, 马上就要毕业了.


会让我住监狱么? 会有大概多少钱的罚款? 会对我找工作有影响么?会对以后的绿卡申请有影响么?
