What You Will Be Doing
-Represent us at medical and scientific meetings and conferences
-Be responsible for building our International US sales team
-Leading and developing new business strategies to grow our company
-Establishing the generic pharmaceutical sales platform for both finish product and API in the US market
-Be responsible for the sales of generic drugs and international APIs in the United States market
-Responsible for the company's strategy planning and developing the marketing strategy, sales model and sales plan bases on the US generic drug market
-Launching of each of the generic drug product, and other functions to form sales strategy and guide the team through strategy execution
-Analyzing the marketing data of new products and assisting the company in the selection of new generic products
-Developing and managing sales channels and customer resources (including agents, wholesaler and end customers, etc.) in all territories of the United States
-Maintaining the relationship of warehouse and supply chain
-Experience with ANDA, developing new business opportunities with international sales platforms/team
-Establishing, managing, and improving company's sales system, to make it standardized, scientific orientated and continuously progressed
-In accordance with company's request, submitting sales data, reports, statements and other documents on timely basis
-Be responsible for sales staff recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, monitoring, and training
-Create and maintain important scientific and business relationships with key opinion leaders in their specific biologic drug discovery categories
-Keep up to date with scientific advancement (e.g. competitive situation, new technologies) and stay well-informed about current regulatory (FDA, etc.) requirements and trends
What You Need for this Position
-B.S or higher education, major in Pharmaceutics, marketing and other related areas
-More than 10 years of US generic drugs, especially injection generic market operation and sales management experience; establishing and management
experience of sales team platform and sales channel; has corresponding customer resources (15-20 years major plus)
-US generic drugs, especially injection generic market operation and sales management experience; establishing and management experience of sales team platform and sales channel; has corresponding customer resources,10 years minimum
-Love sales as as a career; great time and program management capabilities; good organizational skills , comprehensive analysis skills and negotiation sills
-Be professional and capable to learn
-Excellent communication skills
-Proactive and work diligently
-50% Travel is Expected
At Least 10 Years of experience, 15-20 years preferred.
Bilingual in Chinese, a major plus!
