色彩，在健身房------

忘记是从那一年开始，耐克公司的设计师率先用色彩改变了运动鞋和运动装，从此运动鞋和运动装成了一片色彩斑斓的世界------

爱上健身。也爱上这些色彩斑斓的运动衣和运动鞋-----

其实健身不是为了瘦。是为了一个永远活力四射。闪闪发光的自己------

非常喜欢这张贴在我的健身房的照片，更喜欢上面那一句话：I can do it all in my lifetime-----

我每周5天上班以前都会去健身房-----3K跑步，30分钟做器械-----

每天早晨当走进健身房，你会觉得自己是多么的懒惰----

 

 

 

每天晚上我都会搭配好运动衣和运动鞋的颜色------

每天去健身房是我的开心时刻-----
