我钢管舞健身一段时间了，水平非常一般。但是是目前为止我做过的最有趣有效的运动。我知道钢管舞目前还有stigma problem，所以以下内容不适合所有人。

 

钢管舞的训练一般是在全女性的gym，男性不准进入。各种年龄各种sizes的女人都有，不需要有运动或者舞蹈背景。我班上的教练54岁，练钢管舞7年，自己是工程师。

  

每次跳完身上都青一块紫一块，慢慢就习惯了
