我假设你只是问扣子应该如何扣

3BSB (3 button single breasted) 一般来说只是最上面的2颗或单独中间一颗。

如果是true 3B (by the way, the style is a little outdated).  最上面的2颗 （当然中间一颗也可以）

如果是3B roll 2/2.5 那么总是只是单独中间那颗。
3 roll 2 （the lapel roll stops at the mid-button)

3 roll 2.5 (the lapel roll stops at middle of the top 2 buttons)
