As for wool coat, I recommend Burberry. The classic style almost suits everyone.
As for winter coat, I recommend Mackage . Most of my friends are big fans of it. Google it and you will  love it.
Those may be a little bit more expensive than you expected, but you will love them after you try those on. This is the coat you will be wearing during your 30's, you deserve the best choice, and this period of time will leave you a great memory in your whole life.
As for blazer  or dress, I recommend J crew, jacob, BCBG, club monaco......  best qulity with resonable price.
as for other clothes, it's totally up to you.

Just spend money on those clothing that you have to  own and you need to wear many times , and save money on those casual wear.
