time is cruel, in this , we are all equal and we are all equally helpless. we can't do anything to turn the clock.. all we can do is to carry out our best.. meaning to keep the best shape, live a good life style and keeping a healthy psychological being. easy to say,  hard to do.

whether we do make up or not, whether we dress up or not, i think there should not be a standard answer.. it is up to the individual, whatever works for the person, whatever pleases that person, then be yourself. After all, when one is 50 years old, who do you want to please the most? yourself.
