脚太小买不到高跟鞋

我一直受脚小的困扰而很难买到好看又合适的鞋子。所以一直去童鞋店买幼稚的鞋子。 各位美女有木有人能给我指点指点，去哪里能买到尺码4号半的鞋子而且design也比较好呢？谢谢！！
