只要年龄到了59岁半，帐户开了有五年 (ROTH:  Earnings distributions from a Roth IRA may be subject to taxes and a 10% penalty if the account is less than five years old and the owner is under age 59½.) 提钱应该一分税也不用交的，不管是本金还是 Gain。但是不是每个人都可以开并且往RothIRA放钱的。如果你收入过最 (modified adjusted gross income 2016年高过$132000个人，$194000 夫妻），你就不能放RothIRA. 你只能放Tradition IRA after tax。这种帐号，提本金可以不交税，但capital gain 要交。从你的情况看，你查一下你年纪到了没，当初的帐号是Roth不？
