感觉是个坑

"前面的车忽然左转,直奔我们这条LINE. 终于没躲过,在对面车道上我们的车顶上前面的车的右车门."

怎么可能顶上右车门? 同向, 前车左转, 后车只可能顶上左车门.

谁开车, 有没有驾照, 这些都和事故本身没有关系, 是两个独立事件. 如果警察确认你父亲有无照驾驶的嫌疑, 当然有给你罚单的权利, 你有上诉的权利. 但是这和所发生事故没有关系, 警察应有 ACCIDENT 的 REPORT. 你应该先得到 ACCIDENT REPORT.
