Debating which camera I should get.  Had the older models of the 3 canons you mentioned.  Wasn't really happy with any of them.  But technology is diff now so read the reviews.  Currently I have the Nikon d7000 and going back and forth between the d7200  and d750. I don't know what the main purpose of your camera is so set your priorities and read the reviews on each model.  I also looked into the Sony and Samsung but decided against the mirrorless.
