Yes. We focused on protection training for a while. Nigel is friendly with people and other animals. But he won't listen to anybody but us. Nobody can take him for a walk if we are not around. He needs a job to do every day even after retirement. His energy level is high too. 5 miles is a must every day. Nigel is not for everyone.
