请求帮助

我家有两个狗狗。可是其中一个经常会在地毯上尿尿。我现在感觉已经无计可施了。因为有两个，不好管教的。不想让他感觉不被宠爱。想把他送人了。各位有什么更好的建议吗？不想这样的。养了三四年了。谢谢大家。
