请教8老师, I 485 支持文件中, G325A这个表里, 要求填写过去五年的工作单位 "Applicant's employemnt last five years. (If none, so state). 这里把我难住了, 因为我过去有gap, 还有H transfer 被拒的情况。 具体情况如下:
(1) 第一个批准的H1B, A公司, I 797共六年, 但是三年多以后被迫离开. 工作开始有GAP.
后来找到新工作1, 办H1B transfer, 开始工作。 经过RFE， 最后结果被拒, 理由是工作not qualify for processional work。离开此公司。
接着马上找到新工作2，所以这次换工作没gap。但已经out of statusS了吧？
新工作2， 办transfer, 开始工作。经过RFE, DENIAL, APPEAL. 最后被拒, 理由是not qualify for professional work. no sufficient client contract.
** 绿卡是这个公司给办的. I140 顺利批准。现在排期到了.
离境。 离境日期是第一个批准的H I797 上, 过期日之前。
(2) 第二个批准的H1B, B公司。 因为人已经在中国, 所以去签证，去年夏天重新入境。 一直工作。

8老师，G325A这个表里， 我可以只填写最后一次入境以后的工作吗？

如果一定要填写过去五年的, 我按照两个批准的H I797 日期填写行吗？当然，第一个批准的H， 我并没有为公司A工作满6年.

485 的支持文件中, 需要交过去所有的I20， I797吗？

还是只提供最后一次入境以后的I797就满足要求了?

我翻阅了以前PERM时, 律师填写的ETA FROM 9089， 里面有要求填写工作经历的地方。 律师空白,一个字没填。 那时候，GAP 和 OUT OF STATUS 都发生了, 律师是知情的。 不知道这个信息对我现在困惑的问题有没有帮助和可借鉴之处。
