Just get an IP attorney. Most attorneys can help you register a trademark for a few hundred dollars. This is not something you want to do it DIY. For example, you need to do a search before registration. You will need help to choose which area to register. You may also receive office actions that you need legal help to reply. Additionally, consider copyrighting your software as well. You could also patent it but it would cost a lot more to patent it. Send me a private message if you need more info.
