过去一年，你承受了多少压力？

下面这个表格列出一个人生活生命中面对的一些变化，而这些变化构成了一个人的压力来源，如果一年中累计的压力总量超过500个单位，就属于生活压力指数过高。这些变化因素分为五大类：健康、工作、家庭、社交、财务。

 一般来说，在别人生活中发生重大变化的时候，多送上些共情(Empathy)，多一些关心，尤其对于孩子，更是要多付出些爱。
